Green Lipped Mussel
On my quest to:
- cure my osteoarthritis finger with green lipped mussel and
- help others that have a similar arthritis problem

Arthritis picture of my left index finger
My arthritis symptoms started with a minor joint pain at the top joint of my left index finger. As you can see on the arthritis picture above below the red arrows, the joint looks swollen as well.
The X-ray clearly shows that the bones of the top joint (right joint) are rubbing on each other. The joint on the left looks ok with no bones touching.
Obviously these bones rubbing each other causes my constant yet minor joint pain. Extra pain occurs (like a needle that’s poking you from the inside) occurs when a nerve gets pressed in between these bones.
On my quest for a pain free life
I am looking for anything that can help to ease the pain and if possible cure my finger. So far I have good results using Pernaton green lipped mussel extract and a diet of anything related to glucosamine.
